        An accredited BA Honours degree in any of the theological disciplines, is required. Registration is with NWU and ATS.<br/>
Candidates can apply for a merit bursary.<br/>
This research degree must be completed within one to two years.<br/><br/>

Candidates must do research and compile a dissertation in any one of the following disciplines:
<ul>
<li>Church History</li>
<li>Systematic Theology</li>
<li>New Testament</li>
<li>Old Testament</li>
<li>Practical Theology (Pastoral Care, Preaching, Liturgy, Leadership, Children’s and Youth Work)</li>
<li>Missionary Science</li></ul>

Please consult one of the ATS lecturers of the specific field of interest with regard to you proposal after you received the information for application and registration for the ATS.
